partAT ("we", "us") operates a marketplace connecting vehicle owners with auto parts suppliers across the GCC. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, phone), vehicle data (make, model, year, VIN, plate), part requests (descriptions, photos), quotation history, device and usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed), and communications you send us.
How we use your data
To operate the marketplace, match you with verified suppliers, send transactional messages about your requests and quotations, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share the minimum required information with the specific supplier(s) you choose to receive quotations from. We also use trusted processors (hosting, analytics, communications) under written agreements. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact us at privacy@partat.app to exercise these rights.
Security
We use encryption in transit, role-based access, and row-level security in our database. No system is 100% secure — always use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.
International transfers
Data is primarily processed in the region. Where transfers occur, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
Children
partAT is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. The 'last updated' date below reflects the most recent revision.
