Agreement
By creating an account or submitting a request on partAT, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Marketplace role
partAT is a marketplace connecting customers with independent, verified suppliers. We are not the seller of the parts, and each contract of sale is formed between you and the supplier you select.
Account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
Requests and quotations
You may submit requests describing the parts you need. Suppliers may respond with quotations. Accepting a quotation forms a binding order between you and that supplier. partAT is not a party to the order but may facilitate messaging and payments where offered.
Payments and pricing
Prices, delivery times, and warranties are set by suppliers and shown in each quotation. You are responsible for reviewing them before accepting. Additional fees (shipping, customs) may apply as disclosed.
Returns and warranties
Return and warranty terms are set by each supplier. partAT may mediate disputes but is not obligated to refund on behalf of a supplier.
Prohibited use
No unlawful activity, no counterfeit parts, no automated scraping, no interference with the platform's security, and no misuse of other users' data.
Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions) and grant partAT a limited license to host and display it as required to operate the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates unless a mandatory local law of your residence applies.
